
2 out of 3 golfer's struggle with their short games and the majority of them have the same fault, which is quite easy to solve.

Generally golfer's try to lift into the air and their body is moving backwards as they are hitting the ball. This means they will strike the ground before the ball. When you rock back everything will break down.

Instead, try getting your centre of gravity (your sternum or breastbone) right over the ball, (see picture 3) and you will find you suddenly start striking the ball well.
